Crockpot Creamy Chicken and Dumplings

- Add butter, onion, carrots, and celery into the crockpot. Cook on high for 5 mins until slightly softened.
- Add diced chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
- 30 minutes before serving, cut biscuit dough into pieces and drop over chicken mixture.
- Cover and continue cooking until dumplings are cooked through (approx. 25-30 mins).
