Baked Protein Pancake - Dessert for Breakfast!
This simple baked protein pancake is fluffy, naturally sweet, and packed with protein. It tastes like dessert but is healthy enough for breakfast!
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk or spoon
- Small baking dish or oven-safe pan
- Oven
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and yogurt until smooth.
- Add in flour, honey, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
Tips & Variations
- Add blueberries, bananas, or nuts into the batter for extra flavor.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey, peanut butter, or fresh fruit on top.
- For more protein, swap in protein powder for part of the flour.
